FLEX distribution schedule update

In order to enable initial price discovery of FLEX ASAP and reserve more FLEX for liquidity incentives after the FLXD lunch, we will make the following changes.

Overall FLEX distribution schedule

• Community distribution: 25.72% — Phase 1–14.29％, Phase 2-11.43%.
• Team tokens: 5% (locked for 6 months after initial mint ceremony).
• VC tokens: 5% (locked for 6 months after initial mint ceremony).
• Treasury: 5% (Minted at the start of Phase 2 and controlled by governance).
• Post-launch liquidity incentives: 59.38% (20% initial FLXD mint, 29.38% voted on by governance but currently reserved for various liquidity incentives and partnerships).

Token distribution.

Phase 1 (starts Tuesday, April 13 at 22:00 UTC and lasts 4 weeks) — 21,000 (ends Phase 1 on May 11).

• Week 1 (commencing Tuesday 13th April) — Total 10500 FLEX (500 FLEX/pool/day).
• Week 2 (commencing Tuesday 20th April) — Total 5460 FLEX (260 FLEX/pool/day).
• Week 3 (commencing Tuesday 27th April) — Total 3780 FLEX (180 FLEX/pool/day).
• Week 4 (commencing Tuesday 05th May) — Total 1260 FLEX (60 FLEX/pool/day).

Phase 2 (starts Tuesday, April 20 at 22:00 UTC and lasts 6 weeks) — 16,800.

Only incentivise a liquidity pool for FLEX-BUSD.

• Week 1 (commencing Tuesday 20th April) — Total 5600 FLEX (800 FLEX/pool/day).
• Week 2 (commencing Tuesday 27th April) — Total 4200 FLEX (600 FLEX/pool/day).
• Week 3 (commencing Tuesday 04th May) — Total 2800 FLEX (400 FLEX/pool/day).
• Week 4 (commencing Tuesday 11th May) — Total 1400 FLEX (200 FLEX/pool/day).
• Week 5 (commencing Tuesday 18th May) — Total 1400 FLEX (200 FLEX/pool/day).
• Week 6 (commencing Tuesday 25th May) — Total 1400 FLEX (200 FLEX/pool/day).

Once the 8 weeks distribution period has passed, the initial FLXD minting ceremony will happen.
